Certainly So live at Eddie's Attic!

Hailing from Birmingham, AL, childhood friends Tanner Gray and Colby Wilson have been writing music together for over a decade, drawing inspiration from The Beatles, The Beach Boys, The Grateful Dead, Vampire Weekend, and John Mayer. Their music has always been defined by tight harmonies and thoughtful, evocative songwriting.

After taking different paths post-high school — Gray to Mississippi State, Wilson staying in Birmingham — the two reunited in 2019 and felt a new project taking shape. They looped in their Mississippi-born rhythm section of Chase Porter (bass) and Zach Corder (drums), and Certainly So was born. The band soon connected with producer Toby Hulbert, an Abbey Road veteran then working in Nashville alongside hitmaker Dave Cobb, who joined the team after hearing their demos. Their debut album Future Self Only Dreams was recorded at the legendary East Avalon Recording Studio in Muscle Shoals.

Since then, Certainly So has released Dreams of Green (2022), a string of singles recorded back in Muscle Shoals, and their latest album Probably Not (2024). They've been hitting the road hard ever since — opening for Shaky Graves, Brett Dennen, Fruition, and The Strumbellas, and playing major festivals including Shaky Knees, SweetWater 420 Fest, Bourbon & Beyond, and SXSW.

Louder Fest: July 24-26

​Louder Fest is returning! Our music, poetry, and arts festival upstate is back at the beautiful Laurelin Farms in the heart of the Catskills, featuring an exciting lineup!

​A three day affair; Friday through Sunday. There are ponds and forests for hiking. A giant field for us all to camp on. A big stage, more than 12 bands, professional sound engineering. And some large day tents to help stave off the sun. We'll have indie and folk bands, poets and speakers, and all sorts performing, as well as artists leading fun workshops. There'll be merriment and stories, jamming, open mics, comedy; even a DJ for those that want to rave into the night.

Enjoy live music throughout the festival on both days! Performances run Friday from 5:30 PM to 11:30 PM and Saturday from 4:30 PM to 11:30 PM.

Tim McNary

Tim McNary is a world traveled, pentecostal church raised Indie Folk artist with a connective, cinematic sensibility and energy similar to artists like Ben Howard, Foy Vance, or Leif Vollebek. Accolade wise, he’s had many film and tv placements, written with recognized songwriters, and toured extensively around the United States and Canada.

Tyler Edwards

Beginning his career in 2008, Tyler wrote and performed with his college rock band in South Carolina. After releasing two EPs and an LP, the band had multiple songs breaking the Top 10 on Billboard’s Rock Charts and music featured on MTV and NASCAR. In 2015, Edwards launched his solo career with a 6-song EP, “Too Young for Love” and relocated to Seattle, Washington.

Since that time, Tyler has cultivated a strong grass-roots by consistently touring and selling out some of Seattle’s most notable venues and opening for national touring artists such as Ian Noe, Will Hoge, Nicki Bluhm, The Steel Wheels, Dexter and the Moonrocks as well as serving as direct tour support for Grizfolk (2025). The stark honesty and passion that make his live shows so compelling also translates into his recorded work. Ear to the Ground Music notes, “… Edwards has a genuineness about him that makes his album infinitely listenable.”

Logan Pilcher

Rooted in his own personal experiences, Logan’s songs seek to transcribe authentic moments of truth. Logan started creating music with finger style acoustic guitar and earthy textures, telling stories of unapologetic love in the face of adversity. In the throes of 2020, his interests in sound engineering and production led him down new rabbit holes. Coupled with a fresh songwriting approach, the result was his debut album “Most Days (I’m Trapped In My Bedroom Dreaming of a World I Don’t Know)” – a folk record with a pop sensibility, infused with otherworldly atmospheres. Logan is currently based out of Pensacola, FL and tours regularly along the East Coast.
